Coronavirus Disease 2019 or COVID-19 (formerly known as 2019-nCoV) is the name for the respiratory syndrome caused by infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
Community Support Services has implemented the highest standards of infection control precautions and continues to take additional steps to help protect our clients, counselors and employees. We are monitoring the ever-changing situation. Our top priority is the health and safety of our clients, counselors and employees and the communities that we live in and serve. CSS has been in communication and working with our community partners and those within the justice system to ensure our clients have the highest quality support during their recovery and ensure that they have a support system during these uncertain times. CSS has made the decision to suspend holding groups in person at our agency locations and have moved our groups to an on-line format to ensure the health and safety of our clients, counselors and employees.
We are doing everything we can to protect our clients, counselors and employees. While there are many unknowns, one thing we do know is that an effective way to slow down or stop the spread of all viruses is to use proven hand washing methods. Please visit the CDC website for the most up to date information regarding COVID-19, https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html
We encourage our clients to reach out to us at 480-629-5994 if you have any questions or need any assistance with information on how to reach your counselor and remain in program.
